•  Continuation of a functional Friends organization

•  Maintenance of a positive and growing financial position

•  Attainment of tax-exempt status

•  Receipt of the Wachovia Community Partner grant

•  Attainment of IBM Matching Grant Status

•  Hosting of three successful fund-raising events:

-Yard Sale   

- Antique Appraisal Day

- Evening of Swing

•  Communication to members by newsletter and web site

•  Partnering with the Board of Trustees to support the Library

•  Contracting insurance for liability protection

•  Continuing to grow the membership
