HONORARY DONATION FROM

2009 CITIZEN OF THE YEAR:

Susan Blodgett, a member of the Board of Trustees of the East Fishkill Community Library, was selected the East Fishkill Democratic Party 2009 Citizen of the Year. Susan chose the Friends as her designated charity for donations received at a luncheon held in her honor at La Chambord on 9/13/2009. The Donations totaled $900.00.

On 11/12/2009, Mike Rizzo, Chairman of the East Fishkill Democratic Party presented a check for the honorary donations received to Pete Berasi, President of the Friends.

WACHOVIA WELLS FARGO

On June 24,2010, Pete Berasi, President of the Friends attended a reception at the Hilton in Rye Brook, NY. A Wachovia Wells Fargo Community Grant of $1,000.00 from the Wachovia Wells Fargo Foundation was presented to him at that time. A total of 43 suburban non-profit organizations were presented grants at this breakfast reception. The Friends were nominated for this grant by Susan Nardelli from the Wachovia Branch here in East Fishkill.
